The Junior Patient Consultant is responsible for the cosmetic consultation process providing an optimum patient experience in the promotion, sales and scheduling of cosmetic procedures and surgeries, as well as guiding patients on the Medical Directors cosmetic procedure recommendations and treatment plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check email daily and respond to new inquiries within 24 hours of receipt
  • Maintain and update MS excel cosmetic consultation tracking worksheets or lead tracking management software when available
  • Obtain patient testimonials and call patients that have had treatments within 24 hours to ensure they are doing well and happy with their previous treatment
  • Review physician schedule in advance to prepare for each day
  • Perform patient reengagement to ensure constant communication with patients; follow-up regarding quotes, services recommended, questions and/or concerns are answered in order to schedule follow-up treatments and procedures per treatment plan
  • Update EMR system forms as required


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication

Required Experience and Certification

  • College degree preferred
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required

Required Education and Training

  • 3+ years working in a cosmetic surgery environment
