We are looking for a responsible patient receptionist who will be in charge of our reception area, acting as our company's 'face' and ensuring patients are properly welcomed. As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, and you will provide administrative support across the organization.
You'll handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered promptly, with high quality.

Assist patients by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Coordinate front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationary and materials.
Perform clerical duties, special projects and maintain records as position requiresOther operational support as needed
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while presenting essential information when needed in a courteous and professional manner
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Manage security by following procedures and controlling access
Update appointment calendars and plan meetings/appointments
Other operational support as needed
Profound experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful and proactive, able to deal with issues as they arise
Capacity to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
